Hello, my name is Re’ahna Ray. Allow me to introduce myself and my business, TableAhna.
I have traveled the globe and to date I have completed 7 harvests on 5 different continents. Due to Covid, I moved from Northern California back to my hometown, Pagosa Springs, Colorado. With little access to wine in this quaint mountain town and with my background in hospitality, a dream formed bringing my two passions together. Voil á - TableAhna was born.
In a world of people too consumed with their screens, I want people to gather around the table to check in face to face.
TableAhna will create intimate events around the table where my clientele invite their friends and colleagues to discover and learn about wonderful wine, share experiences, and commune with one another.
Re'ahna grew up in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She graduated from the University of Denver- DU with a BSBA in hospitality management.
Quickly after her studies, she moved to Northern California where she began her wine career. Noticing the connection between hospitality and agriculture in the wine industry she wanted to learn the process of how wine goes from the vine to the table.
Re'ahna worked her first harvest at Lynmar Estate in the Russian River Valley of Northern California. The winemaker was passionate and a blessing to Re'ahna. He mentored her and encouraged her to travel to New Zealand for her next harvest. This allowed her to work two harvests in one year, with the northern and southern hemispheres having opposite growing seasons. Little did Re'ahna know, this was just the beginning. She went on to complete 7 harvests, traveling to many countries including South Africa, Germany, Chile and many in between.
It was on her travels she learned just how special her growing up in Pagosa Springs had been. A place to call home where she was able to have family dinner each night. Although wine was never a part of her upbringing she saw how in each corner of the world it is a way to bring people together.
The dream of TableAhna is nothing out of the ordinary and, in fact, it is simply bringing people back to their roots. We are created to commune with one another, and what better way than sharing an experience over a bottle of wine. Re'ahna's passion for the depth and history in each bottle of wine will be shared. TableAhna welcomes all to share stories and listen to one another.
